A Case of Migrating Tooth in Left Nasal Cavity

Abstract
The authors have recently experienced a case of the migrating tooth in the left nasal cavity. The tooth caused a frontal headache, epistaxis and nasal obstruction and was easily removed with a bayonet forcep.
Most of the migrating teeth have been found in the maxillary sinus and only the limited cases were found in the nasal cavity. The migrating teeth were always the supernumerary teeth with the permanent teeth in normal places.
The case, the author reports, showed unusual placement of the migrating tooth in the nasal cavity and no permanent tooth in the left upper incisor site.
